Vacuum911™ is a cradle-to-grave commercial vacuum cleaner maintenance and fleet management program developed by Carmen's Distribution Systems Inc. For the past 30 years we have been assisting companies with regional / national brick-n-mortar locations to maintain their fleet of commercial vacuums. We represent most brands and we are contractors for the leading facility management software systems. Our goal is to provide a sustainable solution to vacuum maintenance; limit downtime and site disruption as well as help our customers stay on budget.

Provide Consultation
Our consultants will work to develop a maintenance program that meets your goals. As an authorized service and warranty dealer for most manufacturers, we're able to support your sites regardless the brand or where the commercial vacuums were purchased.
Manage Your Vacuum Fleet
Our trained customer care representatives are standing by to provide troubleshooting for any vacuum cleaner issue - alleviating calls to our customer's corporate office. We provide transparent reporting and are flexible should our customer's needs change.
Limit Site Disruption
When troubleshooting doesn't resolve the vacuum issue, we'll promptly ship a replacement directly to the site. We will then refurbish the broken vacuum to factory specification using only genuine OEM parts, returning it to our customer's designated pool.
